Aim2Aid Ltd (company number 16319053) was founded in Windsor by Rebecca “Bex” Sullivan after 25 years dealing with medical emergencies in the air. The idea was simple: most first aid training is forgettable, and forgettable training is no use in the moment it's needed.
So we do it differently. We bring the training to you, in the rooms your team actually works in, with small groups and plenty of kit. Nobody sits at the back watching — everyone practises, including the people who arrived convinced they'd be terrible at it.
Today the team combines aviation and frontline ambulance experience across first aid, fire safety and mental health — the substance behind our "50+ years combined" shorthand, and the reason our training lands as credible and grounded.

More than 10 years as a first aid instructor, with an aviation background and a knack for putting nervous delegates at ease so the skills actually stick.
Small groups, plenty of kit, and scenarios based on your building rather than a textbook — grounded in aviation and frontline ambulance experience.
Our courses are FAIB accredited and aligned to HSE guidance, with paediatric training relevant to EYFS settings. Practical assessment and course materials are included.
