Rebecca Sullivan FOUNDER & DIRECTOR 

A qualified First Aid trainer in Adult & Paediatric courses, as well as a Fire Safety/Marshall trainer. With over 25 years experience in the aviation industry as senior cabin crew, Rebecca has dealt with a diverse range of onboard medical emergencies. She also volunteered her time to help people overcome their fear of flying through ‘Flying with Confidence’ courses. Her work with Wilderness Expertise in schools includes creating impactful training programmes to develop team-building, leadership and communication skills for teenagers & graduates in their future workplaces. An engaging and highly energetic communicator and coach, Rebecca combines strong leadership & teamwork with the ability to remain calm under pressure. 

Debra Murr QUALIFIED FIRST AID & MENTAL HEALTH TRAINER 

A former paramedic, Debra spent 13 years working front line for the ambulance service, attending 999 emergencies. She brings a wealth of experience to training sessions, delivered in an informative, practical and fun way! As well as teaching Adult and Paediatric First Aid, she is an Ofqual Awarded Mental Health First Aider. 

Becky Bradley PROFESSIONAL FIRST AID TRAINER 

With over 15 years experience as a First Aid instructor, Becky has worked with a wide range of high profile corporate clients, as well as teaching employability skills. Becky’s ethos is based on the belief that learning should be fun, interactive, useful and inclusive, and open to all levels of experience.
