The idea was simple: most first aid training is forgettable, and forgettable training is no use in the moment it's needed. So we do it differently. We bring the training to you, in the rooms your team actually works in, with small groups and plenty of kit. Nobody sits at the back watching — everyone practises, including the people who arrived convinced they'd be terrible at it. Today the team combines aviation and frontline ambulance experience across first aid, fire safety and mental health — the substance behind our "50+ years combined" shorthand, and the reason our training lands as credible and grounded. This is the "50+ years combined" in person. ### Bex Sullivan Founder & Director · Cabin crew Inflight Manager and first aid trainer An experienced first aid trainer with more than 25 years in aviation and extensive experience handling onboard medical emergencies. Bex founded Aim2Aid to make training practical, memorable and grounded in real situations. ### Debbie Murr Ex-paramedic A former paramedic with 13 years of frontline ambulance service experience behind her teaching — the kind of calm, real-world judgement you only get from having done the job. ### Becky Bradley Cabin crew Inflight Manager and first aid trainer More than 10 years as a first aid instructor, with an aviation background and a knack for putting nervous delegates at ease so the skills actually stick.
